Refund and cancellation policy

  • Training courses (refunds): Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no training session has been attended.

  • Training courses (after start): Once a course has started, refunds are not permitted. Learners may request rescheduling or receive credit toward another program.

  • Consulting and CAD (48+ hours): Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session receive a full refund.

  • Consulting and CAD (<48 hours): Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

  • No-shows: Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling: Rescheduling is allowed once per booking, subject to availability. Additional changes may incur an administrative fee.


Training and service delivery policy

  • Delivery format: All training is delivered online via live sessions or pre-recorded modules.

  • Software requirements: Learners and companies are responsible for installing and maintaining required software (e.g., AutoCAD, Inventor, Revit, SketchUp Pro) and ensuring device compatibility.

  • Consulting and CAD billing: Services are billed hourly, starting from R300/h, with a clear scope agreed before work begins.

  • Project deliverables: Outsourced CAD projects are delivered digitally in agreed formats (e.g., DWG, PDF). Turnaround times are confirmed in writing per project.

  • Quality assurance: One round of revisions is included to address scope-aligned corrections. Requests outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

  • Intellectual property: Final deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment, excluding underlying templates, libraries, and training materials.

  • Confidentiality: Project files and client information are treated as confidential. NDAs can be accommodated on request.


Payment and pricing policy

  • Methods: Payments can be made via Shopify’s secure checkout system and approved invoicing methods.

  • Flexible options: Flexible payment options are available, including “Pay Later” plans where applicable.

  • Pricing changes: Pricing is subject to change. Promotional discounts apply only during advertised periods and may not be combined unless stated.

  • Invoice terms: Invoices for consulting and CAD services must be settled within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed.

  • Deposits: Certain services may require a deposit before commencement. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.

  • Use of information: Personal information collected during registration or checkout is used only for training, consulting, and service delivery.

  • No third-party selling: We do not share or sell your data to third parties, except where required to process payments or comply with legal obligations.

  • Data security: We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information.

  • Retention: We retain data only as long as necessary for service delivery, legal compliance, and legitimate business purposes.
